PodcastNotes offers a unique service by sending 3-minute summaries of popular podcasts to their newsletter subscribers. Effective and cost-efficient subscriber acquisition is crucial for their business growth and sustainability.

Challenge

PodcastNotes was facing a high acquisition cost in their digital marketing efforts:

  • Initial Cost Per Subscriber: before we joined, Podcastnotes was getting subs at $11 per subscriber, which was unsustainable for long-term growth.
